But you do not need a PayPal account to make your payment.

Just choose “Pay without creating an account” or “Pay by credit card”, and follow the process just like with a traditional bank.

Please remember that you must still send your completed registration form, including a passport-style photo for your access badge and all the required information to finalize your registration.
